- Why do you want the data?
On the 1st of August we began tracking the Crisis Accommodation bed count data for youth manually every day using a spreadsheet. This allows us to see the supply of Crisis accommodation. Manually getting this data is a inefficient use of resources since the historical data is available somewhere. Using the information we can then compare this to the number of homeless young people on the By Name List to understand the supply and demand. This will help understand how many more beds are required to meet the demand. - How you plan to use it?
Excel Spreadsheet. Graphing the supply of beds with other data such as the number of homeless young people each day. - Do you know which agency has the data?
Department of Communities. - Does it already exist online?
The current system is you can see the number of beds available each day. The Department of Communities has the recorded data however this is not accessible online.
