If we haven’t heard from the agency for a while we will follow up with the agency and reply to the topic that we have poked the agency.
Once we have received a reply from the agency it will go to the ‘Request accepted & in progress’ subcategory or the ‘Request rejected’ depending on the agency response to the data request.
